English as a Second Language (ESL) Program
The English as a Second Language (ESL) program at AVA School is designed to support students who are not yet fluent in English and require additional assistance to develop their language skills. As a confessional Christian school with instruction primarily in English, we recognize the importance of equipping students with the tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Program Overview
Students enrolled in the ESL program receive targeted instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Our teachers apply research-based methodologies and student-centered strategies to build both language proficiency and confidence. Instruction is personalized according to each student’s language level and individual learning needs.
